Structural calculations, 3D component modelling, and authenticated production drawings for precast bleacher units.
View 5 imagesSend us your sketches, markups, or existing files. We confirm the scope, price, deliverables, and timeline before work begins—then deliver clear, coordinated drawings through a managed production team with Canadian review before delivery.
Companies often face one of two problems: inconsistent drawing workloads do not justify a full-time hire, or internal design teams are already overloaded.
A full-time drafting position creates a permanent cost for salary, benefits, software, onboarding, and management—even when the drawing workload is inconsistent.
✓ Our solution: Pay only for the work you need, with the scope and price confirmed before work begins.
When internal teams are overloaded, drawing updates and revisions can delay the entire project.
✓ Our solution: Your team makes the design decisions; we manage drafting, updates, and revisions.
You pay only for the capacity you need, while SensiImage manages the scope, production, file control, review, and delivery.

Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts, equipment plans, schedules, service routing, and coordinated Revit drawings.
New drawings and updates prepared from sketches, markups, photographs, reference drawings, CAD files, or models.
Coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP models with aligned plans, sections, details, and schedules.
Multidisciplinary model review, clash reporting, and coordinated updates before construction.
Presentation images and walkthroughs for approvals, proposals, marketing, and client reviews.
Drafting and modelling are prepared from client- or consultant-provided design information. Project-based · Separate written proposal
See the typical quantity and detail associated with a small task and a multi-sheet package.
One clearly defined job — a new sheet from your sketch or model, a few detail updates, or simple revisions.
Typically: one drawing sheet, or two to three small updates.
A larger job — several related sheets with plans, sections, details, and schedules, built from your project information.
Typically: four to six coordinated sheets, or a similar set of updates.
Share your drawings, markups, models, or notes.
We identify the required work and deliverables.
Price, timeline, and file formats are confirmed.
Drafting or modelling is completed to the agreed scope.
Checked files are issued for your next project stage.
Prices are in CAD. Revisions apply to the original agreed scope. Additional sheets, new design direction, rush work, and other out-of-scope changes are quoted before proceeding. Drafting plans do not include engineering design or authenticated drawings; engineering services require a separate written proposal.
